The results from uniting with your Kundalini are the comfort and relaxation for your mind, body and spirit. Visualize that there is a coiled ball of energy at the base of your spine that is ready and waiting to explode in order to share its wonderful gift with the world. It is not able to move because barriers are in its way. These are barriers that you have consciously or unconsciously have put up. Often times this is how Kundalini practitioners visualize this trapped energy that is waiting to be released.
Each body reacts differently with awakening this energy - both positive and negative. The best way to study Kundalini is with a qualified, experienced teacher. With proper training and focused study you will ensure the acquisition of the positive effects of this specialized technique.
A good place to start is with Hatha yoga and Pranayama because this type of yoga practice primarily focuses on breath and breathing techniques, which is the epitome for release such energetic flow. Through these means, along with a daily spiritual study that also includes meditation, the flow of energy will begin to unlock the seven chakras within the body.
Heightening Kundalini will access the chakras which can then contribute to the overall well-being of your nervous system. One of the results of this alignment is the overall feeling of increased stamina and energy.
When one experiences a true Kundalini awakening it has often been thought of as an enlightened moment of pure indefinite creativity, or as the chance to meditate on something that is bigger than ourselves, our surroundings, and our daily concerns.
Ultimately, it will lead you to have more confidence and have more happiness in living life from day to day.
